Account Deletion
1. Deletion options
This page explains the available deletion options for appkeepr. The outcome depends on whether information is kept on your device, associated with an account or held by another service.
When you delete your account, we remove the account and the personal information covered by that process. Some records may remain for the reasons explained in the Privacy Policy; deleting the account does not remove copies controlled by other people or services.
Use the available deletion action in Settings in the app.
2. Verifying your request
We may need enough information to locate the relevant records and confirm that you are entitled to request their deletion. We may ask for further identifying details where needed. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or secret credentials by email.
To delete an account in the app, you need access to that account and may be asked to sign in again. Contact us if you cannot access it.
3. What may remain after deletion
We keep information for the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Retention depends on the type of record, its use in the Service, and any support, safety, dispute-resolution or legal requirements that apply. Ending use, clearing local storage and deleting an account affect different records; none automatically deletes copies controlled by other people or services.
An authorized workspace owner or admin can delete a channel, which removes its message history. Leaving a workspace or changing notification preferences does not erase its content. Workspace content and configuration follow the workspace's lifecycle, which can be affected when an owner deletes their account. A personal account request does not authorize deletion of another customer's content. Processing records and credentials have lifetimes separate from a member's access; usage and any financial records are also independent of message history. Contact the workspace owner about content they control.
4. Contact Us
