These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tapit Teknoloji Limited Şirketi for use of Appkeepr, its related website, and support services (the “Service”).

Tapit Teknoloji Limited Şirketi operates the Tapit Studio brand. Its address is Söğütözü Mahallesi, Söğütözü Caddesi No: 2C, İç Kapı No: 17, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye.

Receive messages from developer systems in a shared workspace inbox on web and phone, with webhook integrations, uptime checks and domain monitoring.

• Privacy Policy

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have legal authority to enter this agreement; where required by local law, a parent, guardian, or authorized representative must act with you or on your behalf.

You access your account through Apple, Google, and email. Keep your access secure, provide accurate information where requested, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your authorized personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms and the access made available to your workspace. You do not acquire ownership of the Service's software or content.

We and our licensors own the Service's software, design, artwork, text, audio, logos, and other protected materials. These Terms do not authorize use of our brands outside normal use of the Service.

• Use the Service lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights.
• Do not interfere with security, networks, access controls, purchase checks, or normal operation.
• Do not use unauthorized automation, exploits, or fraudulent activity to obtain access, items, or benefits.
• Do not copy, sell, distribute, or reverse engineer protected software or content except where expressly permitted by law.
• Do not misuse reporting or support tools, impersonate others, or send unlawful, threatening, exploitative, or harassing material.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You must have permission to share it and must respect the privacy and rights of others. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display to the intended audience, and moderate that content for operation and protection of the Service.

Do not submit content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or infringes another person's rights. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including associated material, are prohibited.

You must be authorized to manage your workspace and to send its data to the Service. You are responsible for the legality of that content, required notices or permissions, and decisions about access by your members. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Protect API tokens, integration credentials, and private webhook URLs, and revoke or replace them if exposed.

Message acceptance, storage, processing, and device notification delivery are separate events. Limits or upstream failures may prevent a new message from being accepted, and a notification is not guaranteed to reach a device. Do not use the Service as the sole system for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required alerts. These Terms do not promise a service level or a separate data processing agreement.

The Service does not currently offer purchases through its own checkout or in-app billing. Feature or usage limits shown in the Service describe available capacity; a limit or plan label does not itself authorize a charge.

Third-party services and marketplaces have their own terms and privacy policies. These Terms are between you and the operator of the Service. A link or integration does not give us control of the third party's service.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features for product, technical, security, or legal reasons. We will respect mandatory rights relating to paid digital content and provide notice where required. We may restrict access for serious or repeated misuse or a material safety or security risk. You can stop using the Service at any time.

Contact us to request deletion of information held by the Service. We assess the request against the data involved, the category-specific retention rules in the Privacy Policy, and applicable obligations.

You may also email info@appkeepr.com with “Appkeepr deletion request” and information that helps us identify the relevant account or device. We may ask for limited information to verify your request. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or full payment details.

We provide the Service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right, statutory guarantee, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Disputes are handled by courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable obligations change. The published version and effective date identify the revision. We will provide additional notice where required, including when a change materially affects your rights.

You must be entitled to send the content and personal information you submit, configure authorized workspace members, and keep API tokens and secret webhook URLs private. An integration URL, active connection or successful acknowledgement does not guarantee that every upstream event or device notification will arrive.
