User feedback in your channel.
For errors, use Sentry Issue Alerts.
Setup
Get the webhook URL
In Appkeepr, open Sources → Integrations. Create a Sentry User Feedback connection, choose a channel, then click Get webhook URL.
Add the Sentry integration
In Sentry, open Settings → Developer Settings. Create an Internal Integration, paste the URL and enable Alert Rule Action.
Add the secret
Copy Sentry's Client Secret. In Appkeepr, click Add Client Secret, paste it and click Save changes.
Create the alert rule
Create an Issue Alert with Issue Category = Feedback, triggered when a new issue is created. Add the internal integration as the action.
Test
Submit new feedback. In Appkeepr's Setup & status, look for Message created and click Open message.
